Wrapping a single storey extension around the back and side of this 1930s semi has doubled the size of the kitchen and added a utility room and downstairs toilet.
The side part holds the utility and cloakroom, while the rear part is a big open kitchen diner with a roof lantern and grey bi fold doors across the back. The old kitchen and dining room walls were removed with steel beams.
A grey kitchen with an island and a large dining table make it the hub of the house.
