Headingley, Leeds
An L shaped dormer, running over the main roof and the back addition, has added two bedrooms and a shower room to this Victorian through terrace.
The new staircase rises above the original one, arriving on a small landing with a Velux overhead. The larger bedroom sits in the main dormer with a wide window over the back gardens, and the second bedroom fills the dormer over the back addition.
The dormers are clad in dark grey tiles to blend with the slate roofs of the street.
