The single garage on this 1990s house had been full of boxes for years. Now it is a warm, quiet office where the owner runs his business.
The old up and over door was replaced with a new insulated wall and a wide window, and the floor was raised, insulated and finished in grey oak effect laminate. The walls and ceiling were fully insulated and plastered before spotlights went in.
A long fitted desk runs under the new window, with tall storage cupboards along the back wall and a door straight through to the hall.
