Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands
A floored but empty loft over this 1990s detached house has become a family cinema room for film nights and football.
The room was insulated and lined, carpeted in charcoal and painted a dark navy so the picture stands out. A wide pull down screen covers the gable wall, with a ceiling projector and speakers built into the walls.
A big reclining sofa and a small drinks fridge complete it.
