Old Town, Hull
In a converted Georgian warehouse in Hull's Old Town, this shower room has been finished seamlessly in microcement, with no tile joints anywhere.
A warm grey microcement covers the floor, the walls and the walk in shower, curving up at the edges so it is completely waterproof. One original brick wall was sealed and left on show, and matt black taps and a black framed screen give it an industrial edge.
A concrete basin sits on a reclaimed timber shelf, lit by a single filament pendant.
